"What's fascinating to me is that some of my paintings were created not only in the same towns as Claude Monet's paintings, but also, with a high degree of probability, in very similar locations. This has enormous significance for me and was an experience in itself – to be aware that I am painting here, where Monet also set up his easel long ago. This evening was very pleasant, the roses and purples gave their last show before the end of the day by the banks of the Seine."

The painting was created as part of the 'In the Footsteps of Claude Monet' project in France.

This painting is available for sale now, but its physical shipment will take place after the exhibition presenting the entire 'In the Footsteps of Claude Monet' collection in Poland (October 9-11, 2026), no later than October 31, 2026.

The painting is sold without a frame and without varnish coating.
