Plein air painting is rooted in a longing I've carried since childhood — those brief, luminous moments of carefree joy spent surrounded by nature. Through painting, I return to that feeling. That's why I go outdoors: to meet the light, the landscape, and something in myself I first discovered as a child.
Every painting begins and ends in a single session, captured beneath the same unrepeatable light of the sun — not a record of a place, but the impression of being inside it.
