"This was the final painting of the series. I decided to take a bit of a risk and set up my easel relatively close to the sea. Over the previous few days, the waves had been unpredictable. Even after checking the tide and weather forecasts, I wasn't sure whether I would have to abandon the rocky shoreline, temporarily revealed by the receding tide. Fortunately, I finished the painting in time and was able to complete the series exactly as I had envisioned it, in the place that stirred the strongest emotions in me." 

The painting was created as part of the 'Following in the Footsteps of Claude Monet' project in France.

This painting is available for sale now, but its physical shipment will take place after the exhibition presenting the entire 'Following in the Footsteps of Claude Monet' collection in Poland (planned for September/October 2026), no later than October 31, 2026.

The painting is sold unframed and without varnish.
