"I was just driving to Giverny, I wanted to 'greet' Monet in a way, at the place where he is buried, in the cemetery in Giverny. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a line of hills and trees that enchanted me so much that a few hours later I was already painting this beautiful view, racing against the sun."

The painting was created as part of the 'Following in the Footsteps of Claude Monet' project in France.

This painting is available for sale now, but its physical shipment will take place after the end of the exhibition presenting the entire 'Following in the Footsteps of Claude Monet' collection in Poland (October 9-11, 2026), no later than October 31, 2026.

The painting is sold unframed and unvarnished.
