"It's not often I paint in the full, southern sun. Usually, the light seems least intriguing to me. But in Normandy, even under such conditions, the cliffs and waves looked somehow different. Claude Monet painted in this place many times, which doesn't surprise me, because the cliffs there were captivating."
The painting was created as part of the 'Following in the Footsteps of Claude Monet' project in France.
This painting is available for sale now, however, its physical shipment will take place after the exhibition presenting the entire 'Following in the Footsteps of Claude Monet' collection in Poland (October 9-11, 2026) concludes, no later than October 31, 2026.
The painting is sold unframed and unvarnished.
