"This was the second painting I painted that day. For several days, the sun had been appearing more and more boldly in the sky, encouraging me to paint even more. I set up my easel on the beach against the cliff face, in the shade, so I could work a little longer."

The painting was created as part of the 'In the Footsteps of Claude Monet' project in France.

This painting is available for sale now, however, its physical shipment will take place after the exhibition presenting the entire 'In the Footsteps of Claude Monet' collection in Poland (October 9-11, 2026), no later than October 31, 2026.

The painting is sold unframed and unvarnished.
