"Each step became increasingly difficult, and the weight of my painting equipment bothered me more with every passing moment. I walked a long way along the cliffs, looking for a suitable place to paint, carrying an easel, paints, and equipment on my shoulder, which together weighed about 20 kilograms. But as always, it paid off. When I finally reach that place that I feel internally, I have made the first brushstrokes on the canvas - then I forget about the fatigue and enter another world. I painted the Manneporte cliff at sunset, on a pleasant, warm evening."
The painting was created as part of the 'Following Claude Monet's Footsteps' project in France.
This painting is available for sale now, but its physical shipment will take place after the exhibition presenting the entire 'Following Claude Monet's Footsteps' collection in Poland (October 9-11, 2026), no later than October 31, 2026.
The painting is sold without a frame and without varnish.
